My experience with Austin Window Fashions was excellent from the initial consultation and sale to installation. My sales consultant, Robin, was highly experienced and incredibly helpful. Together we selected window shades that completely changed the look of the house. The installation was exceptional as well.

Highly recommend Austin Window Fashions!! This is my second time using them. Their custom shutters are fabulous and built to last- have had mine for 10 years. I had all my windows replaced recently & needed new blinds- Tara was great & helped me choose the best window covering for my space…love them so much!! Jason was super helpful with my shutter removal & re-install before and after my new windows were installed. He later installed my new auto duet honeycomb shades & took the time to help me learn to operate them. He was always prompt & early for appointments & communication throughout was great. A++ If you’re looking for shutters, shades or blinds look no further. Be sure to ask for Tara & Jason for your install- great service & product!

OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE . I purchased shutters for my entire house 9 yrs ago and everything went flawless . I absolutely LOVE the shutters and they have been a blessing for privacy and aesthetics purposes. The quality and warranty of these shutters is second to none!. Having a lifetime warranty is important for a high value home purchase . I never had any issues with the shutters in almost 10 yrs but I recently had 2 tilt rods clips that came detached from the louvers . Nothing major at all. I called Austin window fashions and my shutters were picked up immediately , fixed at their workshop, and delivered and reinstalled all within a few days. I would like to recognize 2 employees . The installer Manuel Gonzalez and Ethan who both handled the process in a very courteous manner and with outstanding communication skills. Thank you Austin Window Fashions! There is a reason why you have been in business for many years and why the quality of your workmanship and materials is backed by your solid lifetime warranty.

Austin Window Fashions custom created and installed beautiful wooden shutters in my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Lori came to our home, listened carefully to my vision, showed me different options in their showroom, and took precise measurements to ensure the shutters fit perfectly in each window. Jason and Cody handled the installation, and I was impressed by both their efficiency and attention to detail. They completed the installation quickly while still taking the time to perfect the finishing touches, including caulking the shutters to the window sills and painting over the installation nails for a seamless look. The entire team was professional, detail-oriented, and wonderful to work with. I am so pleased with the shades and with the service we’ve gotten. Kathy Wallace was the ultimate design consultant. I don’t want to think about what I would have without her guidance. My house looks like a whole different (better) house. The installation was very professional and, when we had a problem with one of the shades, the whole team worked with us to make sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Austin Window Fashions and Kathy Wallace in particular.

The installers, Jason and Cody were great. They were very efficient, walked me through how to maintain the shades and my warranty options. My sales person told me that spacers were ordered for my outer mounted shades since we needed some extra clearance but the installers showed me that the order didn't come with any; luckily they had extras in the truck. I asked the sales person about this and they said "I do request extra spaces with each order. Our installers are supposed to carry them on the truck so I am glad they had extras." There seems to be a broken process here that the company needs to address. As an engineer, I ask a lot of direct and detailed questions and for data and I think all the questions ended up bothering my sales person. They stayed professional, but I had a feeling they were getting tired of the questions and were not a huge fan of me.

Would recommend Austin Window Fashions 10/10. Very easy to work with and delivered in a timely manner. We worked with Laurie 8 years ago when we put shutters throughout our house. She did an excellent job then and is still easy to work with now. She came and was able to match our existing shutters and get exactly what we needed. Installation day was also quick. Jason came and installed everything in no time at all.

We recently had made to order blinds installed for our large living room window. Our sales representative, Mary, listened to our concerns and provided several samples to help us select the best blinds for us--- color, UV protection, and texture. Since these were custom, she let us know it would take about 3-4 weeks to make, and as soon as they arrived the team came to install. Cody and Manny did an excellent job installing to make sure everything was level and secured-- they even had a laser level to confirm! They cleaned up afterwards and we love our blinds! We wish we'd done this years ago! Highly recommend Mary and Austin Window Fashions!
